I am Amanda Lehrer. I have spent over 20 years sitting with people in the most honest moments of their lives.

I started in substance use and trauma treatment. Over time I kept noticing the same gap: the sexual self was almost never part of the conversation, and it almost always should have been. That changed everything about how I work.

I am clinically trained in sex therapy through the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy postgraduate program. I use EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and when appropriate, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, identity, desire, shame, and the transitions that reshape who we are.

As a mother I understand from the inside what it means to lose yourself in a transition and find your way back. That understanding is in the room with us.
