My Values
I deeply value the transformative power of authentic therapeutic connections. My approach is rooted in a harm reduction model, recognizing the importance of community and personal growth in the healing process. By aligning each aspect of my practice with these principles, I aim to facilitate meaningful change and support clients in achieving their fullest potential.
Every client deserves a therapist who is both a guide and a believer in their ability to overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful change.
My motivation is to be that unwavering advocate—someone who is deeply invested in each client’s journey and committed to fostering their personal growth. Through evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach, I strive to empower clients to find healing, build resilience, and embrace their path to well-being.
What makes us different?
Individual Therapy
For anyone ready to understand what they are carrying and where it began.
Trauma. Anxiety. Shame. Disconnection. Questions about identity, desire, or the sexual self. Whatever brings you here, we start with your full story and work from there. I use EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and specialized sex therapy training. You do not have to know exactly what you need. You just have to be ready to begin.
Couples Therapy
For relationships where something has quietly gone missing.
Distance. Desire discrepancy. Disconnection after kids. Rebuilding after betrayal. I work with couples of all configurations and I am one of the few couples therapists who brings sexuality directly into the room. Because that is usually where the answers are. You do not have to be in crisis to begin. You just have to care enough to show up.
For Clinicans
For therapists and programs looking for a specialist they can trust.
Sexuality is part of almost every clinical picture. Most therapists were never trained to address it. I offer consultation, referral partnerships, staff training, and advisory roles for practices and treatment programs. If you have a client who needs this work, reach out. That conversation is always free.
